  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for stir-frying)
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
